With the help and grace of Allāh سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى , Al-Mawy holds Ijāzah (certification) in the ten Qirāʾāt (modes of recitation) as well as different technical poems (Matn) which cover the rules of tajwīd, Qirāʾāt, calligraphy (rasm) of the Muṣḥaf as well as Arabic language and grammar and different sciences of the Qurʾān.
She is the founder of Marjan Programs, an online tribune of the studies of different branches of the sciences of the Qurʾān: www.marjanprograms.com.
Also the founder of Motoon Foundation, which aims at providing certification based learning and understanding the technical poems which cover rules of tajwīd, recitation, Qirāʾāt and calligraphy of the Qurʾān: www.motoonfoundation.com.
Samar Al-Mawy is the head of the Tajwīd and Qurʾān Department- Sisters Section- at Knowledge International University (KIU).
The author holds a B.Sc. degree in Engineering as graduated at the American University in Cairo. Also, holds a B.A. in Islamic Daʿwah as graduated at the Higher Institute of Islamic Studies in Foreign Languages (HIISFL).
Nagla Muhammad Khalil is a certified Quran teacher & holder of Ijazah with سند in telawah برواية حفص عن عاصم. She is certified in Qa’edah Nouraniyah from Al-Furqan Center KSA. And certified in Qatari Qa’edah Nouraniyah as well. She has been teaching Quran to Arabs and non-Arabs for over the last 10 years and offered Ijazah in telawah to students.

- Has taught Quran to Arabs & non-Arabs @ Ahmad-Ben-Aly center (Doha - Qatar)
- Offered Ijazah to students @ Ahmad-Ben-Aly center.
- Offered Ijazah to students @ Marjan Programs.
In the field of Qura’n, Nagla Khalil has conducted courses for teachers and students:
- Intensive QN course. (Malaysia)
- Intensive tajweed course for teachers & learners of Quran @ Mariam-Ibnata-Imran (Doha-Qatar)
- TTI course for teachers and learners of Quran @ Marjan Programs. (TTI is teacher training for Ijazah)
Being a holder of a bachelor degree in English literature Faculty of Arts (Cairo University) Nagla had taught English as a second language for intermediate and advanced students for over 20 years.
- She held the position of head of department of English section in academic schools in Egypt & Qatar.
- Held the position of vice principal in The Egyptian Language School (Doha-Qatar)
In the field of teaching English as a second language, she conducted several courses for teachers:
- Class management.
- Using the board as a teaching aid.
- Better pronunciation.
Mayssa Khalil, is a certified teacher who holds Ijazah in Telawah as per Qira’ah of Imam Assem Ibn Aby- Elnojoud (قراءة الإمام عاصم بن أبي النجود), a professional Ijazah teacher at Marjan programs for Qur’an studies and a certified teacher of Qa’edah Nuraniyah (القاعدة النورانية)from Al-Furqan center (مركز الفرقان)
One of the programs of Marjan is the Ijazah program that prepares Qur’an teachers to hold an Ijazah with a connected chain (بسند متصل) to the prophet Muhammed صلى الله عليه و سلم and coaches them to transmit the Sanad (السند) to more Qur’an learners all over the world in different languages.
With the grace of Allah, the author has spent the last decade in learning and teaching Qur’an for children and ladies. First, she was certified in teaching Qa’edah Nuraniyah (القاعدة النورانية) from Al-Furqan center (مركز الفرقان) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and taught it for non-Arab children at “Marium Ibnat Emran center” – Doha- Qatar.
Later, she got her Ijazah ((اجازة in Telawah as per Qira’ah of Imam Assem with a connected chain to the Prophet Muhammed صلى الله عليه و سلم , and has recently transmitted her sand (السند) to her first class of certified ladies in reciting and teaching Qur’an to others from “Marjan Programs.”
Khalil holds a Bachelor degree in accounting from Cairo university, she worked in the field of teaching English as a second language in elementary schools in Doha for fifteen years and filled the position of Principal of an international school for five years, before she decided to complete her career in serving Qur’an and providing her expertise to other sisters who are seeking knowledge of the Qur’an.
